Your membership helps fund our self-sustaining organization and allows us to continue to serve as a resource for Music Educators in the greater Front Range area.

You are considered a Rocky Mountain Chapter (RMC) member if you are a paid member of AOSA AND have paid for a workshop in the current and/or previous workshop season.

Membership FAQ

  • RMC welcomes everyone, regardless of where you are in your journey!

  • RMC stands for Rocky Mountain Chapter. This is the local chapter.

    AOSA stands for American Orff Schulwerk Association. This is the overarching national chapter.

  • There are two main differences: 1) each has it’s own individual perks and 2) expiration dates are different.

  • To check on your AOSA expiration date, visit aosa.org. Login and view under member dashboard.

    RMC membership goes from the first workshop of the season to the last workshop of the season (typically, September - May). This does NOT include the Mini Conference.

  • Each have its own perks to joining that really does make the cost worth it in the long run, if you use it.

    AOSA sends out a quarterly magazine, has an extensive video library featuring amazing presenters, professional development opportunities for clocks hours (at no cost), and grants/scholarships.

    RMC offers its own perks, as listed above.
